Whether this is your first time at a World Assemblies of God Congress or a happy reunion, we've got answers to your questions!

WHO IS WELCOME TO ATTEND A WORLD AG CONGRESS?

You are!  This gathering is about the entire Assemblies of God family meeting together at one time in one place.  It won’t be complete unless you are there.  In addition, lay people, pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and international delegates from around the world are making plans to attend.

IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED?

We love kids! Nursing babies are welcome during the General Congress; however, they will need to stay with their parents.

A parent’s room will be provided with a baby changing area and a feeding area for parents to be more comfortable when attending to their little ones. There will be plenty of space for a baby stroller.

Children and pre-teens aged 3 through 14 will have a specific program.

HOW CAN I BE A CONFERENCE PARTNER?

If you would like to be a sponsor and/or an exhibitor at Shine! the World Assemblies of God Congress 2023, please review the below documents and perform the preliminary registration. More information HERE

WILL THE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

YES! The general sessions, activities, and workshops will be recorded and available for purchase on-site. For Early Bird and those purchasing recordings, files are then delivered after the Congress by e-mail to download for use in your local church.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO PURCHASE TICKETS AS A GROUP?

Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you want. Just fill in the correct information for each participant. Groups of more than 10 people will have an automatic 10% discount. This discount is not applicable in combination with other offers except for the discount coupon for children under 16 years old “under26”.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE?

Yes. Please contact register@shineworldcongress2023.com with the name, e-mail, phone number, age, and country of the individual you would like to transfer your ticket to.

WILL TRANSPORTATION TO THE VENUE BE PROVIDED?

Yes! If you book your stay with one of our partner hotels, the Congress organization offers round-trip transportation between them and the event venue, the Madrid Arena Pavilion (additional fees apply). Remember to provide the exact name of the partner hotel you have booked your stay with, so the shuttle may be able to pick you up.

For those booking their own accommodation, they will be responsible for their transportation to the event venue.

WILL ACCOMMODATIONS BE PROVIDED?

No, we will only offer registration to attend the event. Everyone will be responsible for their own accommodation.

However, a list of partner hotels will be provided, with whom you may book your own accommodation.

If you book a partner hotel, your WAGC 2023 registration information will be provided for you at check-in. You will also have the option to contract the transportation service to/from the Congress Venue.

WILL MEALS BE PROVIDED?

The organization will offer a limited number of meals, available for an additional fee. Additionally, the schedule will allow you to eat other meals offsite while connecting with other brothers and sisters.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

With some contingencies and exceptions:

    • Conference registration can be transferred to another party at any time.
    • Up to and including August 31, 2023, a non-refundable processing fee of 25€ per person will be assessed for any cancellations.
    • From September 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023, a non-refundable processing fee of 50€ per person will be assessed for any cancellations.
    • Beginning October 1, 2023, WAGC2023 Shine! registrations are non-refundable upon purchase.
    • The processing fee is non-refundable at any time.
    • To avoid a processing fee, any registration is fully transferable to a substitute registrant, up to and including the day(s) of the event.
    • We understand COVID also presents several challenges; therefore, solutions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
    • NO TELEPHONE requests will be accepted. All refund requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail to register@shineworldcongress2023.com

I REGISTERED FOR WAGC 2020. CAN THAT REGISTRATION BE TRANSFERRED FOR THIS CONGRESS?

No. We are sorry, but the window to ask for a refund is well past the deadline, and each Congress has its own bookkeeping.
