”Shine! It is undoubtedly a congress marked in the Heart of God. This event brings together many factors that anticipate the Glory of God in our lives. After six years without a world congress we can say that the world has changed and Spain, a country without a Christian tradition, is experiencing an awakening of the Holy Spirit. Our theme, SHINE! Called to Influence, invites us to consider the need for the Church to arise, awaken, and manifest the glory of God in this world. The Church must be determined not to live hidden or discreetly. On the contrary, it is time for the Church to prophetically lead these times.
